Schematic and/or netlist (in PADS ASCII format).
Dimensioned board outline with mounting hole and tooling hole coordinates.
Design and part restrictions and fixed component locations.

For design work to begin please provide:
 Purchase order number with authorization.
Finalized BOM with unique Part Type names / Data sheets for unique parts.
Finalized schematic and netlist (in PADS ASCII format).
Complete part list (with component reference designator/case sizes).
Physical specifications for all nonstandard components.
Pin numbering on all components, connectors and gate arrays.
Critical routing requirements such as CLK and ECL line instructions.
Special circuit layout instructions such as voltage and or current maps.
Component legend requirements (numbers, logos, and other items).
Checkplot preferences and photoplot requirements.
Fabrication notes / special assembly notes and layer setup.
