order to serve your needs, we request that you fill out and return this
Business
Credit Application to us as soon as possible. We want to begin
by developing a professional business relationship with our customers that
is built on understanding each others needs. Providing us with your
company information, your bank reference and at least three trade references
will help us further that alliance.
Customers with a satisfactory credit rating become eligible for payment terms of 1% 10 - NET 30 days from our invoice date.
